Known across the world for her contemporary interpretations of traditional hand-woven silk and cotton ikat clothing, designer and director of Uzbekistan’s Bibi Hanum, Muhayo Alieyeva, visits Santa Fe for “Made to Measure,” an exclusive three-day fashion event. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to WEAR YOUR IMPACT with bespoke handmade clothing by one of the International Folk Art Market’s most esteemed and beloved artists.
Muhayo will bring a library of garment shapes, as well as a selection of fabrics for customers to choose. Bibi Hanum’s atelier will produce the garments, made to customer’s specifications, and ship items to IFAM when ready.
