Measuring Tips to Assure The Best Fit
Bust
With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bustline and across the shoulder blades.
Waist
Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.
Hips
With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.
Inseam

Details:
Ikat velvet like silk ikat has over 32 step in production. The velvet consumes twice as more silk and twice longer time to produce the beautiful patterns. The velvets are all loom made. Ladies sit diagonally across from each other throwing monochrome silk weft across the patterned warp, hands and feet moving rhythmically. Every few picks, they stop to pull a metal wire from a pouch attached to the upright of each loom and inset it into the weft. Two warps extended from the fell in front of them, passing through a metal reed and four shafts of string heddles to soar upwards across the room. At the far end of each loom, the ground and velvet warps are hung over separate wooden rollers. Tensioning is provided by a cloth sack filled with heavy objects tied to the loosely hanging warp. The dozens of meters of ground and velvet ikat warps falling below the weighted bag are casually bundled in sacks on the floor.
