Payments are processed via Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay directly through our secure checkout.
All prices are shown and processed in USD.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders from our U.S. warehouse (Michigan).

Orders are automatically fulfilled once placed.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected items.
Free Shipping on orders over $1200 USD within the U.S.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S.

You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are handmade and may have natural imperfections that make each piece unique.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

the item was damaged during shipping, or
there was a serious fulfillment error (wrong item or size shipped).

If such an issue occurs, please email info@bibihanum.com within 5 days of receiving your package and include photos of the product and packaging.

Handmade Characteristics

Every Bibi Hanum piece is crafted by artisans in Uzbekistan using traditional silk ikat techniques.

Minor variations in pattern placement, weaving texture, or color tone are a natural part of the hand-made process and add to each garment’s authentic character. These are not considered defects.

Sizing & Care

Our garments are designed to offer a comfortable and timeless fit. Because each piece is hand-cut, measurements may vary slightly.

If you’re unsure about fit, please reach out to info@bibihanum.com with your measurements (bust, waist, hips, height, weight).
